    Hi larry,
Good luck in losing 20 lbs in a month. Do add raw food more in your diet meals and increase your water intake. Do cardio exercises like jogging, running, swimming, cycling, hiking, skipping rope to burn fat, boost immune system and lose weight.

Unless youre just gonna dehydrate yourself, thats unreasonable.

      5lbs of fat a week?

Almost a lb of fat a day?

      Think about it.... No.

Very ambitious, but do-able, just about.

:|..Why not go for something like 5..6..7 pounds? Do it right, you'll thank yourself in 6 months when you don't have women forearms and shoulders.

You can do it, but 20 in a month is really pushing it! You must be carefulf, if not you may end up anemic like I almost did once by taking in like 300 calories a day and burning over 1,000.

Right now im walking around at 150-152 at 5'8 and it looks like my 4 pack is coming out very soon. I can see it trying to pop out but i got a little more fat to burn. Contemplating takin some supplements, matter of fact I'm going to nutrition depot right now. I ain't got much to do right now anyway.

Do it the healthy way, you don't want to look like Brandon Rios.
