      Some motivational tips for you, hope they worked for you.
      Keep experimenting and put fun in your workout. Make your fitness program personal and note what works for you. Always think onward and try to be front runner.

        well i got my bike fixed, spend two days fixing 4 punctures before giving up and buying a new inner tube. went for a ride today. got 30 mins down the canal and got a flat. took me an hour to drag it home. not a great start
