Will USA Boxing reject my bout trunks/jersey?

I know the waist line needs to be a different color than the shirt but dark blue waist with black jersey can trick the eye.

it almost looks like its the same color so i dont know, contact usa boxing and see if theyre gonna approve it. either that or bring in another shirt to your fight to be safe if they make you wear a different one.
