However, one school of thought is that by drinking flavored water you're not disciplining yourself to drink plain water. Which keeps the cravings for soda's and sports drinks and other unhealthy beverages. Not training your taste buds to appreciate things that aren't "sweet". So its kind of a lifestyle thing. If you're a fatty, than drink plain water. If you're pretty fit and avoid alot of the beverages that are just carbonated sugar and carmel color, then by all means ****e of your water with a little flavor wild man.

Just avoid aspertame (nutra sweet), IMO. Otherwise, it's excellent. I'm a big believer in flavoring water be it decaf tea, koolaid w/splenda, etc. Otherwise, it's easy to get burned out on water. Discipline becomes more successful when you work smarter.

4.5% seems a little high to me, but it might not be. That wouldn't make it bad for you, it would just make it a little high in sugar if you're going "total healthy nut" on it.
