You have to activate those fast twitch muscles first of all. If you dont work out muscles they are not strong. In any thing you do, do it quick/explosive. Example, look at the way Pacquiao bounces on his feet, then look at the way Cotto bounces on his feet. Fast paced plyometrics helps alot too, climbing up stairs quickly one by one.
