Nice fight. What's the boxing scene like in Winnipeg?

its ok in winnipeg, theres about 5 or 6 well known gyms and a few other less known ones. I dont really know what to compare it to, but i think for a pretty small city its pretty good. Although I have went out to Regina for my first 3 fights, i think Regina an even smaller city has a bigger boxing scene

You don't punch; you slap. Your feet are too far apart to ever throw effective punches; with your legs that wide you cannot get your weight turned.

good job, it wasn't the prettiest display but you got it done. you had height on your opponent and a nice jab when you used it. why not double up on that jab and work to the sides instead of straight at the guy. and while you throw a nice jab you telegraph it just about every time by picking up your front foot for the step forward before you begin throwing the punch. the hand and the foot start at exactly the same time and are sharp/fast movements forward. best to correct it now before you start steppin' in with guys who can use their eyes, they'll pick that up real quik and you'll pay for it.

in the beginning part of the 2nd you ate a mean right hand right down your pipe and after you stumbled back you fought like an animal, can't teach that, some cower some fight harder when hurt. also in the 2nd you began charging in with 3,4 and 5 punch combos. I mean, it's good to be aggresive and throw punches but you were bringing one foot infront of the other with each punch. That's extremely dangerous to do that. if somebody was to step back from your jab, roll your right hand and fire you'd be eating right hands hards that will rattle your teeth and your senses. I recommend correcting that soon.

3rd round was abit messy but it is what it is.

Nice job, keep posting 'em up..........Rockin'

I like your aggression and your determination. Now get in the gym and really focus on technique so you can add that to the mix. Tighten up those hooks and work on that footwork.

I see some things I like, I see some areas for improvement, but you're only 4 fights in... Keep posting vids, this one was a blast to watch.

I'd have you working on your Balance before your punches. You need many hours in the ring shadow boxing. You don't have any laterial movement at all! You just stand right in front then lunge with your jab then drop your right hand before you let it go. Your left hook is NOT a hook its a looping rounded throw. You don't have any shoulder and hip in your right hand its an arm punch, again poor balance! Your punches are to far out in front, your body is far behind you. Your foot work is very bad and if you improve your feet you will have much better balance. With better balance comes better punches that will have some power!
