Need some good ab workouts.

lift your legs straight up in the air for 10 secs then bring them down to six inches off the floor for 20 secs then back up in the air for 10 secs, then back down to six inches for 20 secs and continue do that till your abs start crying lol
I usually do that for 5 mins (so 10 sets) after blasting 600 ab exercises in 7 mins and then this other 5 min ab workout.
Try it out bro..who knows you might be superman and find it easy
