while there is a limit that is 30 mins after you work out theres really no beginnig.
people tell you to drink a protien shake after so it falls in this imgainary 30 min window, but in reality you can take your protien shake 3 hours before you work out and it wouldnt make a diffrence because the protein is still there, its been processed by your body, and is waiting to be of use.
the important thing is that during the period when your exercising and up to 30 mins after, your body has protien avaiable.
