i'm never angry when i fight...ruins my discipline completely

you need to be relaxed and chill, break the guy down and make him angry...unless he's tyson

      thats dependable

you have to have a more concentrated anger than anything

having just anger will result in you not focusing and ending up losing cause you were too pissed off to think

its different for everybody though, having anger can motivate you to destroy your opponent and to be more effective

while others need to be calm and relaxed in order to perform to their fullest potential

but at the end anger wont be enough to win

I suppose it depends on your level of control. I learned years ago that I perform better when calm. So, I worked hard to develop that and I naturally get very calm when sparring or fighting (I learned how to stay calm because I'm a singer but it transfers into boxing). The disadvantage is that you don't get that extra endurance that adrenaline brings. But, my mind is much more sharp. Can gauge distance much better, see punches coming, adjust game plans easier.

fighting angry burns u out anyway, against a decent fighter they'll just wait ur anger out n then destroy you..

unless ur tyson (as said above) ;P
although he fought very aggressive he threw very controlled combo's

              so, i'd say controlled anger..
