    P90x yoga!!!!

What do you think about this specific DVD, P90X YOGA? do you think it will be better if I go to a YOGA place, or the P90X YOGA is good enough to do it at home and get good results? One more time I am only asking about the P90X YOGA not for the complete P90X program.

Well It is good to know that you have P90X YOGA DVD , which would not doubt very helpful either you do yoga at home or at yoga place . So you would learn the techniques quickly through videos which is a good thing in my view . You have to decide either to do yoga at home or at Yoga place like Gym .

            What are your goals?

I think if you can afford a class, that is the way to go, at least for awhile. But if you're just wanting a yoga-cize workout. P90x should be fine, although I heard the Yoga in p90x2 is better. (but that could be because its shorter)

What I mean is does P90X YOGA really work, or it is just another yoga dvd from the market.
