  • Workout routine help

    Hey so I just started boxing and was wondering if my workouts were pretty good boxing wise. I am not looking to compete just want to get in pretty good shape.

    Mon: 2 mile run(7 min mile pace)

    Tues: Gym

    Wed: rest

    Thurs: gym

    Fri: 4-5 mile jog

    Sat: tabata intervals + pushups + calf raises

    Sun: rest

    My gym time is 3 rounds on the heavy , double end, wrecking ball, jump roping, shadow boxing, 100 sit ups w/ twisting motion, my bag workouts are also mostly skill oriented but I still get pretty tired

    For Tabatas I do burpees, squat jumps, leg raises and jump rope. Any advice would be appreciated, thank you.
