    Once James is in the gym he is a devoted worker. He sparrs ALOT and hits the bags ALOT. Its just that he used to get himself so overweight that he looked soft in the body. He always worked hard in the gym.

              I've heard from insiders that Toney has an eating disorder. In all seriousness, the guy eats like a horse. He trains hard but at his age, with his metabolism, he can't break down all that chow.

                  thats great for him, he can eat how much he like but still perform very
                  well. wish i could do that.

                      weeeeeell first he gets up to do his 4a.m. jog to the local mcdonalds and then after he's done eating he runs to the convience store to get a gatorade. then he needs to practice his hand and eye coordination so he hooks up the xbox to work on his skills on fight night round 2. then when he's exhausted with doing all of that online sparing. he jump ropes for some kids so they can give him a 15 box of kfc theeeeeen he washes it down with some gatorade. and he goes to the boxing gym to tell every1 whats up and then he leaves.and then he does sit ups to get the hotdog on the string. then he takes 6 more snacks and goes to bed.
