Hello everyone i was wondering if any of you guys would be willing to help me out. I want to start boxing not looking to be the next big thing but want to get into the ring but i would like to know what all training exercises that has worked for you guys would be and a good diet program. Im not all that athletic but i do have the heart and determination. I know a lil bit about boxing and everything did some a couple years ago but would actually like to get into it. Any and all comments and replies will be greatly appreciated.
