  • Insanity/P90x

Anyone ever tried these programs? Regardless of whether you stuck with it or not, I'd like to know your thoughts. I recently picked up Insanity, but don't plan to start for a couple weeks. I'd like to try and prepare by getting a good nutritional diet going beforehand. Anyway, if you have anything to contribute it would be appreciated.

Dang, good going! I've never really been on a serious diet, but I'm looking forward to the results.

I have to restart P90x, I got a bad cold a couple weeks in, killed the diet and stopped working out... Plus I fight a cold with whiskey (hey if you're going to be sick, might as well enjoy it) and liquor & working out don't go so good together.

P90x is tough and it becomes kind of a lifestyle, strict diet, diet phases, hour long workouts, sometimes longer.

I noticed results very quickly with P90x though, and I definately fealt better & stronger. And I'm excited to start again, once i get my garage cleaned back out... Since the p90x shutdown its been storage.

I'd give it a thumbs up.

It seems to me from the commercials like they are just making you train hard, something that you can do on your own. Do people need the in front of you motivation?
