The bench-press 'technique' in that video is something I've seen a few times in the gym over the last 6-7 years, it's ridiculous. I've actually spoke to a few of the guy's about what they are doing to their joints only to be met with 'I'm stronger on one side, so I'm doing this to even it out.'
I mean, if you want to take care of those issues then use dumbbells which allow independent movement on each side. But hey, if you want to tear your **** up then carry on.
