if this were a professional fight you would have no trouble with the weight. But being an amatuer bout instead of fighting 24 hours after the weigh-ins you will be fighting 2-3 hours later, that is not enough time to replenish all that your body has lost in this drastic cutting of weight. Not only would you need to replenish the water in your body but all of the nutrients will need to be in place to fight strong. You said that you won't be fighting until 2 weeks, I say that yoiu talk with your trainer and see if you can get the fight set up for the next weight class above what the original terms were and see if your opponent will agree to it. Propose a catch weight for the bout.
Of all the things that I learned being in the ring I have certainly learned atleast one thing for sure, it's better to go into a fight strong than to go into one weaked from from fighting with the scales..
