How are pro boxers so big, yet weight so light?

    Very low body fat and water retention will create good definition.
    You can see here though they have very small chest muscles, they carry their weight in their shoulders, backs and arms.
    Most are also shorter than they appear or claim.

    Edit, They may also warm up, press ups etc to get the muscles full with blood so they look bigger.

      On tv they look big because of muscle definition and TV apparently puts weight on you. I've met Amir Kahn in the flesh and can honestly say he isn't that big.
