Your body can turn protein into fat but has to first convert protein to glucose through glucogenisis..Their is a limited amount that the liver can convert per day around 200-300 grams per day..If all you eat is lean zero carb protein you can actually stave to death because you cannot get enough of your bodies caloric needs through protein alone. Because of metabolic inefficiency in conversion and fat is twice as calorically dense it's highly unlikely to turn into more than 100 grams of fat per day no matter how much protein you eat. Storing dietary carbohydrates and fats is a much simpler process and it's not limited by the liver.

I am 165 lbs and consume around 190 lbs of protein daily. Exsessive carbs have lead to fat build up. Too much protein just gives me the s h i t s, never added fat.
My word! You eat 190Lbs of protein daily!!!! That is the weight of a cruiserweight boxer?!!
Are you sure you didn't mean 190 grams daily?
