nutrition questions

  • nutrition questions

    i know i have been asking alot of questions, sorry, but one last question untill i get into the gym. but what foods should i avoid, i have never had to watch what i eat or eat healthy, well never wanted to. so i eat probably everything i shouldnt. but i was wondering what foods should i cut out of my diet or drinks, i drink coke alot can i continue to drink it or cut it out?

    cut it out.....its bad 4 u...we all know this...u know u do too....there are tons of diet plans out there on the gr8 worldwide web...

      In a nutshell = If you can pick it off a tree, pull it out of the ground, hunt it, or pull it out of the sea than it's very good for you.

          the occassional yes....but being a PT for ten plus years most peoples occasional means from 3 or 4 a day to only 1 a day lol...mayb 2 a week...4 a week to start winging urself off of em...

            yea i know. im going to not buy them anymore because if they are in the hosue i cant say no to them for some reason. so after tonight no more.

              Stick to oatmeal for breakfast. chicken or fish and rice for lunch and same for dinner. Educate yourself on high protein, low starch diets and develop a meal plan using nutritional data and common sense.

                I completely agree with Porto suggestion.flagrl its perfect diet for you.

                  As you are going to join a gym every food is best for you and you don't need to know anything more because there are personal trainers and will let you know best which foods you has to be use or proper diet plan for you.
