    Thought this would be a good idea for a thread, just post ur daily diet - whatever u have eaten the day u respond to this thread and keep it HONEST! Will be good to hear tips on where people are going wrong ect and as silly as it sounds if u are gonna be posting here regularly then knowing u will have to confess to that chocolate brownie might stop u from eating it!

    I had a late night last night and didnt get up until 10am this morning (im off work, back tomorrow though! )

    10.00AM - Blended Shake - (2scoops of porridge oats, 2scoops of protien, 1 Banana, spot of honey, 350ml of milk)

    11:45AM 1 Apple

    12.00PM Cardio workout & abs

    14:00PM Chicken wrap (250g chicken, salsa, lettice, 1 wholewheat wrap)

    4:35PM Tin of Tuna, 1 Banana

    5:00PM Weights session (Legs)

    6:30PM 1 scoop of Whey Protein, 1 scoop of Casien Protein, 30 gummy bears

    8:30PM 220g of chicken, broccoli, carrots, peas.

    Will edit this later or in the morning because no doubt i will be eating junk soon!

    EDIT

    Night time: 160g of dates, 160g of raisins, Protein bar (50g of), Protein brownie (30g of), 100g of chocolates

    Need to stop smoking weed.

      morning: half cup of oats, half cup blueberries, almonds, honey, extra ****** coconut oil, beta alanine, wheat germ, aqua shake

      1-2 hours later: 4 hard boiled eggs and string cheese

      6 scoops of Xtend BCAA

      2 mile hill run during lunch hour

      3 brazil nuts, handful of unnroasted unsalted and raisins mix

      lunch: sweet potato, can of sardines, 1-2 cups of spinach and watercress

      blueberry greek yogurt, cup of pineapples

      taurine, citrulline malate drink

      boxing training

      dinner: turkey chili with brown rice and spinach

      skinny cow ice cream

        Just uptake your gummy bears to 100 and skip the rest
