those are the easy ones that everyone does. except the turkish getup cuz them shi ts are hard. let me find a couple more.

the 2nd (.34) , 3rd (1:00), 4th (1:20) exercises on here, specially the third are murderous (i cant even do the third)

this is a great fighting exercise because (if you do it right) it trains the muscles you use to generate punch strength, escapes, throws, and slipping punches. it's all about generating strength from your hips and core. 35 lbs is more than enough for both of these. i use 25s

I bought a 35lb which is not too heavy feeling but damn it does work you out pretty damn well. the figure 8's are sweet. I have not tried the crazy one legged exercises yet. I havnt trained in over a month which is not normal for me but i needed to rest my body. I did squats, hamstring, swings, figure 8's w the 35's and i worked up a good sweat and my legs are already sore feeling haha. Ima master this ish and get real strong. Can you (Walt) post a regimen w the reps and sets of one entire workout? Thanks mane. Oh and the kettle bell is fun and refreshing from my normal routine, which is real sweet.
