I read most start with the 35lb kb but i was thinking at least the 44lb. what do yo think? How can I determine what would be too much or too little weight to start with?
Best kettle bell weight to start with?

Again, it all depends on you. Only part of the exercise is physical, the other part being mental as to how much it takes to break you. When your mind says stop have your body just keep working. You might be surprised as to what you find..........Rockin'Last edited by Rockin'; 01-17-2012, 09:46 PM. -
It depends on you as to how much the "kettle ball" should weigh. Man you must be way old school, it's always been a medicine ball to me. As in get over here and take your medicine like a man.

rockin, not sure if you're onto what he's talking about. i don't think great granparents were using those things
bearman, get the 35 to start. them shi ts are HEAVY. you don't need all that much weight with the kb's its all about the form.
kettlebell turkish gets up are the shiz.
have you checked on youtube for workouts? there are some core ones that will kill you (besides the obvious shoulder, back, bi and tri).
if you blow through the 35's go way higher.Comment
