Break period post fight

How long is the break period after a fight before starting back training. This is assuming your pro, a journeyman, but not a prize fighter. Examples relative to number of fights per year, as well personal experience is very much appreciated.

I'd imagine it would depend on how much of a beating you took. Regardless of beating, I'd say about 2 months
