Insanity workout program

  • Insanity workout program

    Started this on Monday and I hit weights about four times a week and do some heavy bag work and speed bag work four times a week. Anyone else ever do this program? Everyone keeps telling me I'm overdoing it, but I don't feel too bad just little more sore this week. Any input is appreciated.

    LOL, take a break man. There is no need to work your body so hard. Take at least two days of and just stretch or do some yoga. Plus are you increasing your protein intake?

      Yeah protein shakes daily with protein and carbs at lunch and dinner. I am sore in spots I've never been sore in, like my lower back. Sunday is total day off with no working out at all. Friday and saturday I try to just do the insanity with no weights or boxing workouts.
