    thats like saying, want to los weight without eating less and training more.

    it aint gonna happen, the heavier you are the slower you are....sorry

          But at 25 your pretty much done growing. Your not even going to fill out too much more if at all. So the only way to put on size is probably weights and thats going to cost you speed.

            well, i don't know if that's still young. you really have to be something like at the most 20 to gain weight and still keep you're speed.

                  what about if you put weight on your body, but not your arms would you keep your speed and power ?

                    If you mean just handspeed then work on your legs. Do squats, curls, etc. It can't hurt to have strong legs. You shouldn't lose much foot speed neither.
