since i've started training my feet and ankles have been bothering me a lot
any tips on how i could remedy the problem?
well first mayb make sure u are wearen the right kind of shoes w good ankle support and not too wide across the bottom....2nd rest usually is best....3rd some ibuprofen

any suggestion for what are good sport shoes for boxing?
I get the same problem running when I have been doing no training for more than 2 days. Maybe the muscles relax or something. Just keep at it and it was just go.
