  • Stuck at this weight...

    I've been training for about 6 months... i'm 5'8 and around 175 lbs...

    I lost about 50 lbs since I've been training....

    Currently, I mostly eat clean... Use whey protein... eat salad... drink lots of water tea... fruit... all that stuff.

    I do intervallic training, runs... not every day though... I do box 3-4 times a week and weight lift the others...

    my problem is this...

    I've been getting stronger... working my bodyweight exercises and lifting bench deadlift overhead press squats and everything... building muscle...

    yet I don't seem to be losing friggin weight I've stayed at around 175 for about 3 months! I can't be at this weight to fight!

    Maybe you almos ached your body healthy weight limit. Whats your bodyfat percentage? or an estimate.

    and also try to keep track of the numbers of cals, proteins, carbs, fat you get in througout the day for a full week. After you've done so try to reduce your daily calorie intake by 500 while maintaining the same ratio of carbs/fat/ proteins and check if you notice any changes in the next 2 weeks.

      Youre putting on muscle weight....

      This will be hard to do for someone who is accustom to lifting, but stop for awhile and stick cardio, boxing, calisthetics, and drop lifting for a month and see what happens.
