Just switch up different glove sizes when you train. That's what I do. When you train with 16 oz and then you put on some 12 oz gloves, the 12's make me super fast. I suggest doing that, in sparring too. Don't just wear one size, switch it up.

U can work on explosion using weights, kettle bell or dumbell swings.

Agreed, kettlebell work is amazing for explosiveness & speed. Practice will also help most in the long run though

Olympic lifts and variations like power cleans build speed and overall explosiveness. Dynamic effort lifts also build speed.
