This is a challenge we do at my gym, the weights gym that is but it also has an MMA and boxing room which is pretty good.
U start off at the gym entrance holding a 25kg plate in each hand and proceed to run around the block (which is embarrassing as its a busy area!)
The block run must be 3/4 mile - 1mile id guess. Then u drop the plates at the gym door, head up the stairs and do 30 press ups, 30 burpees, 30 reps on the bench press at 40kg, 30 reps on the shoulder press (smith machine) at 35kg, 30 Squats at 50kg and 15 pull ups
Its ****in Brutal, if u can give it a bash and post ur time...
(obviously the run wont be precisely the same so times are just a rough gauge)
