Hello boxingforum comunity. First of all, I am sorry if I am posting this thread in the wrong section.
My question is, when the measurements are taken for biceps, the boxer is flexing his arms, or the biceps are un-flexed?
For example: a prime Mike Tyson had 16" biceps...was that measured while his biceps were flexed, or unflexed? I was thinking that the measurement was taken while his biceps were unflexed.. 16" seems to be really small for a flexed biceps. Another example is Rocky Marciano, it seems that he had only 14" biceps size, and I assume it was taken while unflexed. What do you guys think?
Thanks for your time
