    Mushrooms.

I have recently taken to adding *****ake mushrooms, to my evening salad. I use 4 - 5 ounces raw. Are raw mushrooms, safe to eat or should they be cooked? Are they more, nutritious raw or cooked? Plz share here.

I don't know about *****ake mushrooms but you shouldn't eat too much of regular mushrooms because it is carcinogenic.

Oh, Google says it's better not to eat them raw, because you can have minor allergic reaction. So just try and see if you even have an allergic reaction. Apparently *****ake mushrooms provide their maximum health benefit when cooked. And mushrooms that were dried and then soaked in water again taste better.
