    You can do thoe whenever you'd like. Pushups, crunches, sit ups, burpees etc cna be done with your boxing workout and/or off days. They serve well to work conditioning and recovery since the high reps will get blood flowing to your muscles and flush out toxins.

    I caught that, my mistake. But still all in all evn if you want to gain mass there are better ways to do it that doesn't involve traditional bodybuilding methods. The above routine can help add mass but instead of a 3x5 do a 5x5, up your caloric intake, and limit your aerobic training.

    Or you can experiment with Wendler's 5/3/1. I experimented with the Boring But Big Template and had great success with it. Ross Enamait has an article on gaining quality mass

    My post was more based on building up ur body mass, not for boxing purposes
