Light weights in your left hand when shadowboxing and concentrating on speed will increase the snappiness of it.
Also don't push with it, get the animation of flicking a towel in your head, that's what your jab should be like. Another thing I still do sometimes which is bad is try and throw power jabs all the time, you only need about 60% power in a jab and if you snap it, it's still very effective.

.
surely the % of power you need depends on your maximal power? you cant say 60% for everyone. anyway, keep punching stuff fast. if you just try to be fast you will.

Not really considering amateur is scored by clean blows landing.
When I throw a jab it feels really sluggish and without no pop, especially when throwing double jabs.
What kind of exercises should I do?
I'd definitely suggest that you go and have that checked-out with your doctor.
But personally, I'm not sure if it's all that serious.. If you've been throwing jabs at the bag for more than an hour and a half or 2 hours straight, your jab's basically bound to feel like it's lost its snap for a few days, especially if it's your first time boxing or if you've just gotten back into boxing after a really, really long break.
It also could be that you've over-trained your body and you need more rest than you've been getting.
Hopefully, you're in-taking enough calories to supply the demand of energy your body needs to go through the type of regimen that you're on.
If you don't know how to eat properly, you should probably do more homework on how to feed your body the right type of nutrition it needs.
