  • What punch(es) are you susceptible to ?

C'mon guys, everyone has a weakness.

Who knows, your defense might be generally solid, but, you have that one punch that seems to slip through moreso than others.

Why do you think that particular punch or punches tends to get pass your defenses ?

What type of adjustment do you need to do to let this not happen as often?

Oh, and don't forget to vote on the poll.

First off, thank you for respondng to this thread. As you can see no one is responding, other posters I think are scared to "look in the mirror"

Why do you think you have a tendency to get caught with these particular punches ?

What are you planning to do to correct this problem ?

jabs from the hip...the only way i can really stop them hinders my offense...so id rather just eat some here and there....its just hard to gauge the angle....luckily, the only person i know who throws a good one is my brother....and i myself cant miss it when i sparr at the gym......

i think its the speed that catches me out, along with the me not moving my head enough when im parring punches, first 3 rounds of sparring im usually ok and my defense is good after that i start to slow down and then im a sucker for the straight right left hook combo.

get fitter, move my feet quicker and also bob and weave more when im defending punches

Do you think it's a delayed reaction on your part ?

What do you plan to correct it ?

I have serious issues dealing with hooks to the head, working on that defense atm.
