Alright folks
Had been in boxing training for around 18/19 months and stopped just over a year ago because I felt I was becoming too skinny due to eating less and training like a maniac.
When I stopped training I went to the gym and bulked up. I've now decided it's time to drop the weights and return to the boxing gym. I've missed the bags, circuits and sparring too much.
I went back last week and was surprised at how quick my hands were. Of course, my fitness is not as good as it once was, but that will return sooner rather than later if I put in maximum effort, which I am.
Just a wee question really - how long do you think it would take for me to regain the speed and power I previously had?
I am hoping to be back in sparring in the next few weeks. Just need to improve my fitness.
