So I'm going to get a tattoo fairly soon, but I'm worried about it getting infected from sweating during training/getting knocked during sparring.
First of all, how long should I wait after having it done initially before getting back into training properly, and secondly, should I keep something over it for protection from chafing whilst training?
I train 5 times a week, and generally spar once or twice a week.
