punch out with 5kg weights in your hands until you tire

punch and see if trainer can grab your hand...when he cannot touch it you fast enough

boxstarr has the right idea, i go with 2 pounders for a round, 3 pounders for a round, then back to 2. when you shadowbox after that with nothing weight your hands down, theyll be lightning.

I just shadow box a lot and a lot and a lot. To be honest I think it also has a lot to do with your mental, delivery, and body movement. I'm an unorthodox south paw and that probbably helped me a lot too with my jabs. I think it's also a lot of me working on my footwork since I was a kid that helped me a lot with the delivery as well. I'm a good mimic too, I take things I like and see if it works.

Stand in the middle of a large, open room. Bounce a small superball on the floor and catch it on the first bounce. Repeat, but bounce it a little farther away or a little softer, so you have to move even quicker to catch it. Keep varying bounces. Five minutes

Shadow boxing is the best way. I don't mean shadow boxing as a warm up, you gotta do at least 3-4 rounds of it. Act like your stabbing the air, punch fast and hard and with combo's. This will also improve your technique. Punching with weights in your hands works, but it can be harmeful to your joints, tendons, and support muscles.
