          You can easily gain muscle by doing lots of running. Just eat enough. I run at the minimum 3 miles a day and train daily (not with weights, but calisthenics in a circuit) and I'm maintaining my weight as of now.

          Butterfly: Muscle cells don't turn into fat cells.
