      I can't argue with this!

If you're not bothered about actually boxing, whacking a heavy bag is a good way of burning energy, keeping fit and busting stress and aggression.

If you want techniques and are serious about boxing, yea go to your local boxing gym and let a coach iron out your flaws and get you started. There is nothing wrong with working with your bag at home when you have good technique, but do it the right way round.

If you're like me with no boxing gyms around for miles, I'd advise you to take it slow on the bag and make sure it's not at 100 lbs when you start. Start at maybe 60-70 lbs, or a little less than half of what you weigh. You can add more weight to it as you get better/stronger. But just try to go slow on it, get used to it, and make sure you're punching with your first two knuckles (index and middle knuckles). Make sure to wrap your hands and do it right cuz if you don't, you'll just mess up your hands. Then later on, you can try it with the gloves and move up on weight.

a very good drill, once you learn how to properly punch and wrap your hands, is to go top speed for 45 seconds, rest four 45, and do that until you can't.

^^^You're a conman though, who literally attempted to steal boxing goods on this site in the name of a fake charity.
