No offense bro, I have been in the gym with ATG's and world champions, but you really shouldnt be "instructing" people on boxing when you dont really know what you're doing.

Your jab is horrible, and you dont even "instruct" fighters on how to throw a PROPER jab. Once a person learns a PROPER jab, then they can find their comfort zone, and use it how they like.

Build a strong foundation of fundamentals, and then work around that.
