i just got some new nice 12oz gloves but i dont know what to use them for??

They'd work pretty well with mits. I would do some light bagwork with them. Maybe use them to play with your little cousins and punch them mildly and stuff like that. Get some 16oz if you're really careful with your hands. u want a pedicure too??

i never had hand problems i just think 16 oz make my workouts harder and are better for conditioning on the bag and are the standard for sparring

raja is a really good brand. thai boxing, a bit too flashy (as every thai brand) but whatever, theyre good gloves. you can use them on the bag, mitts and maybe for light sparring, they have good amount of padding for 12 oz gloves
