    Using dumbbells while shadow boxing

    Is there any benefits of this?

    Pro and Cons...let me know please thanks guys/girls

    theres def some pro's to it...altho i wouldnt ever go above 5lbs no doubt...after that not much benefit to it...i'd use around 3lb if can....anything over 5lb will more or less keep you from proper form and will give bad habits.....make sure tho after using them u drop them and throw ur punches as fast as u can as well...it helps work the fast twitch fibers..

        Do like this guy says. Thats what Mayweather does, good enough for him good enough for me.
