Boxing isn't for everyone but you clearly love it so I wish you the best of luck and hope your new gym can offer you a better opportunity to improve over time.
One small tip I would suggest in terms of bobbing/weaving:
stand on the ball of your back foot with you front foot flat, knees bent guard up in front of mirror or bag. Then simply by twisting your back foot you will weave side to side and you can up and down as you do so. You can practice this and trow shots of it to get used to the balance and mechanics of the movement.
      Hope that makes sense.
      THis^^^
I have said this for months.

You got basic skill in boxing so far.You will develop your own style later on and more moves. But you should try to spar with harder punches later. That will force you to create your own strtegy and style.(If you're not gettting hurt in sparring you will not come up with either defensive or offensive tactics.)Keep at it.
