    hey guys, do you have any really good weight loss tips?
    im looking to lose as much weight as possible asap, so i can box in a lower weight division.
    i am currently 240 and 5'10.
    all help and advice is appreciated

    Well a lot of cardio, cut back on fatty foods. Do not eat anything heavy after 6PM. If you feel the urge to eat late, eat fruits and drink water. And like I said a lot of cardio.

    Run, jog, jump rope (fun and it hels a lot) and a lot of water.

    This is more about sacrifice and determination than anything else. You'll probably feel very motivated for a couple of days until you feel tempted because you don't see much chance BUT DO NOT BE FOOLED. Stick to the plan, make sacrifices, be disciplined for a few months and YOU WILL SEE A CHANCE.

    It takes time but trust me, the change will happen.

    Commit yourself.

    Maybe someone else with more knowledge on fitness and nutrition can provide you with better and more detailed info but I hope I helped somehow.

    See it as a boxing training camp. Stay motivated. Play 24/7s, play inspiring music.. Just set a pattern and follow it.
