Doing 250 Press ups a day (thorughout the day) EVERY day for years. How much would this improve body and shoulders?

He said 'throughout the day'.
To be honest I don't rate that too highly at all. Fifty good pressups in one go would be of greater benefit, as you would at least be stressing yourself a touch.
I just can't rate 20 pressups every hour of the 'awake' day as being of much of a strength benefit, certainly not a cardio benefit.
Its hard to rate pressups without seeing the technique too, so many people jerk them or don't go down to chest level on each rep.Comment
