How Often Do You Eat Junk/Fast Food?

    When I'm training to go down to 135, every Saturday.

    Read up, it's great and important to have a cheat day to be able to lose weight. Google leptin and how this hormone affects metabolism, craving and ultimately diet. If I want to drop in weigh I'll normally eat anything I want on Saturdays and then fast(only water) for 24 hrs after that, Sundays.

      I eat less and less and when I do it's usually when we are taking a trip out of state.

      My main "junk" is late night snacking. That's what I'm attempting to clean up.

        maybe one a week or every two weeks. I can go without it easily but my biggest enemy is alcohol.

              its crazy cos i still have visible abs and muscle definition. I'm not drowning in bottles but if theres an option for a lil drink, I'd go for that. I know I have to stop cos it will eventually mess up my gym work.

                  I had a burger, fries, and a coke set, at freshness burger, and had to stop. Maybe it was the coke? I don’t drink soda.

                  I hardly ever eat junk food. My body is older and can no longer take it.

                    I can drink diet soda, but regular soda has so much freaking sugar I feel like total trash after drinking it.

                      Alcohol in the form of beer is super high in carbs and calories. Really the worse choice. I drink vodka once or twice a week with some soda water or unsweetened tea. No carbs and low calorie. But yeah, alcohol is toxic to your system and all other digestive processes cease until it’s taken care of. Anything you eat of nutritional value while drinking booze, might as well be thrown out the window
