upgrading my headgear

which is better for sparring in your opinion? I mainly want to protect my nose but dont really want a facebar headgear. I want to maintain some visibility.

i would just go with traditional, all of the space age gel and other bs isn't gonna make a difference trust me

I dont really like the way the fighting headgear fits. I do really like the way the gel feels. It breaks in nicely.

title gel looks like it has softer foam. no ear drum protection tho
