37 minutes is pretty decent pace I would say. I dont run before gymwork because I will be weak when it comes to the gymwork.

i would say you need to run both times but not in the same day..you need both endurance and muscular endurance, you can get muscular endurance by going berserk at the sandbag after gym work with proper technique...hmmm, i don't know really, and yeah, 37 minute is good, you were almost running on 14 Kilo per hour (almost) that is good! keep up the good work mate.

i wanted to point and highlight about this too...if you get toooo tired before gym work from running or weightlifting...it will mess up your techinque, hmm, my weightlifting days arnt the same days as my gym, but anyways, nah, weightlifting before gym is a bad idea, there should be atleast 5-6 hours between weightlifting and gym, thats my opinion.
