Nah dont have the money for a good one, The one I want to join is going to cost me 25 upfront 7 pounds a week and around 30-40 quid a week in travelling. As only having a part time job that pays 120 a week its not really feasible. Im good at home for now, I have a good home gym.

A good gym shouldnt cost you alot of money. As a matter of fact the best gyms are usually the very inexpensive ones where the owner/coaches just do it for the love of boxing.

It all depends. PAL Leagues are usually free, and they have a pretty solid history of helping many boxers learn the fundamentals and give them a place to stay out of trouble, I started at one myself and it was a great gym. Gyms like that are usually some of the best to get started at, but sometimes they will use you to beat up on for their own guys so be careful it is a shady sport to get into sometimes, but that is just boxing. Other gyms will charge a membership for the gym, and then additional fees for the trainer.

You just gotta find the right place for what you want

                    How to measure your reach

measure from fingertip to fingertip with your arms and body in a T position. Measure from finger tip to fingertip with the tape running across the back of your neck.
