Nah. I really dislike Bose. They don't give me an audiophile despite them marketing for that industry. I much prefer Brands like Ultimate Ears, Higher end Westones, Audio-technical and upper end Shudder. Anyway, I learnt my lessons already - no running with my £200 headphones ever again! Word of advice, I was going to go for Dr. Dre beats but then I realized that it was a rip off. You're just paying for the brand name and you cab get way better headphones the same money.Last edited by MeiXiang; 09-24-2011, 07:13 PM.

get these they are only 650$.......they are wireless but not blue tooth, they use their own form of wireless connection thats supposedly almost better then an actual cord.
though really i reccomend
Sony clip ons.
really im an audio phile, i got my shennheiser hd-650's my amp i got 300gigs of alac on my itunes but when i go out running i dont need multi hundred dollar headphones. im running not jamming out to incredible music.
the sony clip ons are like 20$ and whats really nice is the cord is like 6 feet long so i just run it under my shirt and back up where i clip my shuffel on.
that might be your real problem, your running around with some 120 gig ipod in your pocket, im sure if you just had a tiny ipod shuffle clipped to your shirt some where you wouldnt have any problem with your cords breaking while you run.

Unfortunately, I know now after multiple cable breaks that I can't keep wearing my expensive headphones whilst on runs. You've posted the Sennheisers - I've actually had experiences with them - first pair were sports one actually lasted me the longest - possibly half a year.
I recently bought 2 pairs - the PMX680 and the CX version. The link that you've posted is a little outdated so I've got the newest range (yellow and black) but I know those two headphones (£30 and £50 respectively) will break within 3 months - been there, done it before which is why I bought two instead.
I'm still interested in more durable headphones without compromising on sound quality.
You're an audiophile and you bought Beats by Dre?
